Row 59 has unlimited legroom as its an exit row.
Row 39 has no seat in front but you do have the bulkhead.
Maybe you can't stretch your feet as far forward in front as you could by going under the seat in front in a normal seat, but there is much more space in front of you generally than any other normal seat. I'm 6'2" and i have no problem stretching my legs in 39A/K.
