Use your online signed in IHG account to raise a missing points request

Two possibilities on the ihg.com page now

A)original is right hand side vertical list of option links , one being missing points

B)the new extra link is on the page showing your stays/points history
As a second TAB to that screen was added in last 12months for raising missing points/stay requests

Typically you get ack email in 48hours, although not 100% of the time

Points are usually credited within 4-7days often a few extra points if help desk doesn't remove taxes of stay before converting to points

The online forms have date of stay submission logic, you must wait at least 8days to submit a missing/incorrectly posted night
And
Restriction also about how far in the past you can go back, either 3 or 6 months
If > 3months is not allowed then you'll need email IHG the info and should state you submitted online claim after nn weeks from stay but ihg did not post missed night/points
