I was just told by the Long Beach location that I needed to schedule an interview. He asked me what it said on the letter and I told him that since I was Global Entry that they only needed signature. He then went on to say that "an interview needed to be scheduled" and I said "even if I am global entry" and he said "yes, I am telling you what you need".
