I've been monitoring J prices on TK, admittedly on a specific route/dates, NYC-IST Dec 24-Jan1. All flights are wide open, and yet the tickets are hovering around $4k. Usually in the summer I've seen prices in the $2-3k range, and that's peak season! I know they've had a capacity reduction, but surely if a flight is empty, they still want to sell some cheaper seats to fill the cabin?
