I had such a sore neck and was so tired (and am tall enough that WT seats are not contoured for me and don't support me well) that I thought I'd try it, but no dice. It wasn't a great flight (no fault of the crew of course, them's the rules and they are there for my safety). There's plenty of space at the A380 exit rows to lie on the floor, it's just not sensible.
