Ah, I get that! Although it's unfair to Cello's who book their own seat, and should arguably be allowed to collect Avios on a Household Account (I presume you all treat your Cello's like a member of the family?)

What I didn't get was:

My company has a new travel policy that requires me to complete two 'penance' round trips in Y before booking business class travel.
