I know that people sometimes book 2 seats in the same class for musical instruments and other reasons. Do you think that it's possible in 2 different classes?
No this will not work. Even if you were able to get two boarding passes by doing OLCI at the gate you will only be allowed to scan one BP, the other ticket will be cancelled and not credit you with TPs/avios.
When booking two seats in the same class for Mr Cello or for extra space you will only earn TPs/avios for the one seat.

UuA would only be possible from Y to W, and you would only earn TPs/avios for the underlying fare. The company may not allow an upgrade to J as the ticket may become inflexible. An AUP may be possible but no guarantee, and it may only be to W and not J.
