There is no difference. I've flown out of AMS plenty of times and the aircraft have always been fine, CX generally keeps its aircraft in good condition. As has been said they all use the same 777-300ER.

The only difference is the new A350 appearing on European routes over the coming months - with only LGW, FCO, DUS, and CDG being confirmed so far.
