The Westin Maui Resort & Spa vs Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa
My wife and I are going for a short trip to the island of Maui from Nov 26 - Nov 30 this year. We currently have reservations at both above mentioned properties with very similar pricing, but will obviously need to cancel one of the two before long.
The reason for picking these 2 properties is simply because I am an SPG platinum member, so am hoping for a nice upgrade for our 4 days / nights of romance. We plan on this vacation being one for relaxation, so beach / pool and balcony with ocean view are the most important items after the quality of the room. Our other consideration would be the breakfast (buffet or other - should be included as a platinum benefit at either location).
Any advice to help in making this decision would be appreciated.
