My parents are taking a long haul A380 to Korea (Asiana Airlines). Currently, the only economy seats available are in the middle aisle, but there are a couple seats on the 2nd level of the plane.

Has anyone had any experience riding on the 2nd floor? I assume the seats are the same as what's on the 1st floor, but it seems less crowded. Does that create a better experience? Or are there other things that are annoying (e.g., later boarding/de-planing vs 1st level, etc).
