How is it you received a drink voucher here? I stayed here twice. First time in January I didn't really ask for it. Second time back in July I specifically asked for it but was told the syrupy concoction presented to me when checking in was the welcome drink, and I was welcome to have some drinks at the executive lounge; no voucher.

Now I'm even more ticked off at the hotel

PS: That second stay left me very sour with the hotel, no welcome drink voucher being only one of the smaller causes.
