I am sorry if this is a really stupid question, I did search the sticky but couldn't find the answer...
My year reset was 8/10 - my 700 odd tier points duly disappeared. The tier point collection year now goes to Oct 2017 as expected but the card expiry is still Nov 2016 - my question is - why doesn't it state that I have retained silver ? There is no mention of it at all on the executive club items (last time I am sure it said something) I have exceeded the minimum amount of BA flights.
My page still states silver but the app directs me to the blue line.
