T4 Immigration has now reopened. You start walking downstairs from your gat as normal. You then proceed into a side room next to shuttered t4 international bag claim before walking over to tbit immigration where they have a special lane for those who have already cleared. If you don't have checked luggage, there is a direct to exit from T4 there – I'm not sure where it lets out as I had a checked bag
