It is intentional, as Dullta is well aware of it and Dullta always chooses to do absolutely zero QA and purposefully, if not by design, release such "buggy" things live, and then refuses to fix it, despite 10000s of reports of the problem - DL just ignores it. DL does it all the time. So it is definitely constructively intentional.
