If it happened to me, I'd contract DL, non-confrontationally but rather as a reporter of a glitch. I wouldn't expect any compensation beyond a thank you. Personally, I wouldn't even ask for the fare difference.
But I do expect the data would be appreciated because they certainly will get in a hassle if it's a recurrent website problem.
It's a pretty persistent glitch. At some point it is intentional if it goes on long enough.
Has anybody ever have a fare drop in this process?
