Where in Queens?
Some things to note:
Getting to the R (from 1) requires lots of stair climibing.
Getting to the 7 from the 1, you can use a DOWN escalator.
From 7 to E at 74th-Bway you can use DOWN escalators and/or elevators.
There is also a connection from the 7 to E at Court sq.--lots of walking.
