However, the part of the beach we all seem to be discussing is virtually deserted. I have walked this stretch and, as long as I've stuck to the sand (as opposed to the vegetation

), on a weekday I have probably not encountered even a dozen people. I have not seen people strolling about topless. I have, however, seen the occasional woman sunbathing topless. Regardless, in my opinion, a visitor to Puerto Rico would find a day at Luquillo and El Yunque among the highlights of their trip, even in a chador.
