This new logic in the website is nothing but a disaster, I keep getting errors for doing multicity searches. What really upset me the most is that all we are trying to do here is to book an itinerary that is entirely within the award/fare rules, just that we want to specifically pick the flight that we want, UA's "new" system is so sneaky and customer-unfriendly...
