I agree on the 10:20am arrival, but 10 hour turnaround appears to be so that people can connect into the DXB bound flight.
If the return was after a more usual 3-4 hour turnaround, for example, say at 2pm, it would really limit incoming connections.
Perhaps a sign that, unlike their other US destinations, the local demand is quite low.
