I am getting charged $50 for cancellations for award flights now that it is past 10/6/16. I have platinum status. I thought that if you booked BEFORE 10/6/16 and cancel after, $0 fee. Am I wrong? Thanks!
Not surprising that the system isn't following what the rules are supposed to be. Particularly since it is an error in United's favor. I wonder how much money they will end up making from this "system error."
