Row 2 is terrible, you are right next to the infant row in business class, so all those spoiled brats who can't afford to fly F are screaming into your ear all night. Much better to be in row 1, then you only have the noise from the galley to deal with, and they are very quiet if they think you are suitable important. So pick row 1 and be sure to tell the cabin crew who you are so they can treat you as you deserve. My own strategy is to let the computer pick my seat for me, as they are all good, but somehow the flight manifest always gives me away and there is a steady stream of FAs to my seat during the flight. Ah for the good old days of past years when on many flights I was the only pax in F, now that is/was a remarkable experience.
