Need Top Delta Customer Service Executive Name and Number
I am continuing to have a nightmarish customer service experience with Delta. Two separate Delta customer service managers have promised and authorized that a loss compensation check be mailed to me for a loss I had suffered on one of their flights, but I still have not received it to date even though I have it in writing and this happened a long time ago.
I am sick and tired of the treatment that I have been getting from Delta. I have been forced to spend a lot of time, money (calls from overseas), and energy in pursuing this matter AFTER I was informed in writing by one of the managers that I should receive the loss compensation check within a week.
Instead, I have received nothing but arrogance from Delta in return and have been completely ignored by the airline. I have come to realize that it is a complete waste of time in talking to their customer service and they just do not care. Instead, I would need the name and direct phone number of Delta's top customer service executive or one person, who has the authority to resolve this matter immediately.
Any additional input/advice to help me to finally and quickly get this resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
