Post-stay Survey Feedback
A bright spot for the HHonors program, for me, has recently been the post-stay survey emails.
I make a point to complete the online survey if something needs attention or something vastly exceeded my expectations.
In each instance, I've received a response from the property's customer service manager or general manager directly mentioning my comments. Most GM's include their direct phone numbers and emails, which I keep for future reference.
Seems like a step in the right direction providing feedback that is immediately seen by decision-makers. ^
