...and that's as far as I've got. I've not found a resource so far (expertflyer, BA or FR24) that identifies the gate of the inbound flight.

I know that BA staff have the ability to see this info. Just wondered if there was anything for us mortals?
BA staff at the airport can usually tell you where the aircraft will be parking, in advance of its arrival.

However, things can obviously change.
