Sorry, I am confused. What do you mean by "You are better off taking the bus from an outside stand"?

So if I arrive in the satellite, do I first need to take the train to the main building of terminal 2 before boarding the shuttle bus to Terminal 1? Or is there also a shuttle bus stop in the satellite?
