No Club access.
No comp breakfast.
No tube. There is a bus 3 mins walk, the 170 which goes to Victoria. It takes anything from 20 minutes to an hour, especially in the morning when Battersea is grid locked.
Clapham Common station is a 10 minute walk with 5 minute trains to Victoria.
For the money, it is an Okay hotel. But Spire recognition is minimal.
Gym is pathetic. Spa is ok, but closes early, like 8pm they shut it down so barely time if coming after work.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
Completely agree with all these comments

Possibly the best advice
Prior to check in
Emailed hotel to ask about the shuttle as no info on the web-site-Got no response.
Prior to check in my reservation had been modified to Club Room
Check-in-Given non river view standard room

Went back to get it changed-The attitude of the staff was not good and the room I was given (I found out later) was not the upgraded Club but the River view one. So he'd decided to downgrade me Despite me showing the Club Room res on the App. -Nice.
Loyalty here does not mean a thing.
Asked for drinks vouchers instead of points. Went to redeem them in the bar-the snacks that should come with them was a very small bowl of crisps.
Cheap
Corridors very dark and super HOT
Room was fine, river view minimal TBHO. Should call it "Helipad view"
Did not eat in the restaurant-even though we had planned to as I did not want to give them any more money.
On check out I was asked how the stay was

So I told her and we had a chat.
Supposedly I will get breakfast next time I come (If I do) and I got 1K points as recompense.
Small beer if you ask me.
Not on my list of places to re-visit unless its super cheap.
Used the 170 to\from Victoria and as it was the weekend the service and journey was good.
