Hi, thanks for the replies. I only had 1 upgrade on the outbound - I flew back to the US in Y. I just checked my CC account today prior to posting this, and did not see a credit.
Edit: Comments to remain calm and to not mention my interpretation of the CSR's attitude are duly noted. I think I was taken aback, given that I figured a receipt number would have solved it. So I hope it is just a miscommunication that can be resolved.
