I suggest calling again. In a calm manner, mention you think there might be a misunderstanding and ask where you can send a copy of your receipts and credit card statement to show the charges. Any rational person will accept a calm request and either give you an email, fax or snail mail address on where to send your documents. Key is - be calm and stress a possible misunderstanding and your request to provide some documents to help clear up any concerns.
