Just had three nights here, after 4 in the Singapore Hilton (Orchard Road). What a contrast.
This is one of the best Hiltons that I have ever stayed in, as good as a couple of Conrads, and Waldorfs.
From Airport pick up to drop off, no one put a foot wrong, the Diamond upgrade to a suite was very welcome, and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. I could not recommend this property enough.

Opposite experience for you versus my previous stay , I was pre-modded to Suite, thn given only Exec Room at checkin. When I querired offered a smoking suite (small) room , with zero view, which as a non smoker I had to refuse
Exec Room I was gven, not even on Lounge floor, very tired, zero view, despitesupposedly having a view, wornout bed, carpets, desk, chairs
Nice welcome plate in room, plus lounge (HHD) allowed restaurant b/f ... which was poor for Asia
I cant see myself returning here ! !
