There IS a way.

As I just wrote, an French AF/KL Platinum Amex (as well as a Dutch one, I just checked ), will allow you to pool miles with all extra card holders, in the same manner as with several BAEC accounts registered as family accounts.

It is called "Fly and share ".

BUT you can't transfer miles from your children, for example, unless you pay for a high fee
