Where to find full fare rules when CX website not working properly?

Normally to find the detailed fare rules I make a dummy booking, click all the way through to the end, and on the payment page click "Fare Rules". CX provides abbreviated rules on an earlier page but some details are missing, like stopover charges, ticket validity, etc..

In the last 24 hours CX's "Fare Rules" as described haven't been working for me on multiple browsers (which raises the point...how on earth are customer booking tickets able to "Agree" to something that CX makes impossible to retrieve?). The first page - Penalties and Surcharges - displays, but all the rest of the links like Stopovers, Minimums and Maximums, etc. are broken.

Is there another resource I don't know about, besides calling CX or a TA, to review the full fare rules for all of CX's published fares? I generally book my tickets ex-HKG, ex-Taiwan or ex-USA if that helps.
