Recently flew KLM Delta and British AA codeshares transatlantic and within Europe. Tickets were AA AND DL. I was able to select seats online for all flights. Why can't I do the same for United Lufthansa or ANA codeshares on a United ticket? Is this another example of clunky IT or is there some secret besides calling I don't know?
