Also note that on AF you have to buy PE to upgrade to Business. AZ flights cam be bought outright using miles in business, but can't be upgraded. Only AF/KLM can have a revenue to let upgrade. Finally, FYI the miles to upgrade are nowadays basically almost the same as to book an outright business class award.
