Just finished a stay here a little over a week ago. Great hotel, but I personally prefer the location of the Westin to this hotel.

Arrived around 8-9am but no rooms available. Was given access to the fitness area to shower and they held and had our bags delivered to our room.

Great lounge, and great staff in the lounge. I loved the little balconies they had to look over Hyde Park. I have lounge access through SPG Business Amex, which they proactively saw and commented about. When we went to get our keys once the room was ready we had to remind them at that point, as they missed the note on the account. One nice thing I really wish more hotels did was a $15 upgrade from the lounge to the buffet breakfast. Really good breakfast buffet, which I would happily pay $15 for again.

Room was great, but the view was nothing special, but we were city facing. I wouldn't tell people to avoid this hotel, but I would personally try to stay at the Hilton at Town Square instead. The rooms are smaller, but I like the location a lot better.
