Stayed here for my first time this past Thursday night, pretty good HGP member rate of $135. Checkin was smooth and painless, offered a king balcony, I asked for a king suite and was assigned a Monterey king suite 628 overlooking the golf course. Took the points amenity and breakfast was detailed as whatever you would like the next morning in the restaurant. Breakfast was solid, wife ordered the crab benedict and I ordered an omelette along with juice, coffee and a smoothie. All charges were removed at checkout the next morning, half off resort fee at $10. Manager did mention they plan to raise the resort fee sometime soon but diamonds will still get half off. Wondering if they will go to $25 or $30.
