FWIW I've been able to use all my SkyBonus and Plat. RUCs; but ... I've had to call early and often to get them to clear. Also RUCs are kind of like virtual partials in that they randomly pop in and out of existence. If you have time on your ticket and frequently call they will usually pop into existence, at some point in time. It just takes a lot of work, and makes them a real pain in the a#*.
