Yup...all you need to check anyone in is Confirmation #, first, and last name. Do it all the time.

Checking in and printing of boarding pass are completely independent once you check in. You can go back online and print boarding pass at any time after check in or get it at a kiosk or counter at airport. Does not need to happen when you check in for your flight.
