So could I open it when I have a USA mobile phone number (which I presume they will use to send me confirmation code or something stupid) and then just switch the phone number to my internet telephone? If were forced to always have a mobile telephone number, I would be concerned if I give mobile telephone number, and then after I'm finished with that, and that number is assigned to someone else, that that person would be able to use my account.
