You'll be wanting 62k as the best seat in the house. This cannot be preselected on Manage My Booking, but you can usually get an upstairs seat with this. On my rare J flights, it has also not been available on OLCI. You will need to ask for it at check-in. At the end of the day, however, anywhere upstairs is far better than downstairs.
