Sad to think that Hyatt corporate prioritizes ANYTHING on Twitter (which, frankly, is a very narrow communication channel and not much else) over good personal customer service.
But Hyatt is not unique in this regard. Equally amazing how many companies have adopted Twitter as their official consumer interaction platform without looking at either the poster or reader demographics.
