I didn't hear any hype until I looked it up.

Before the hype, I just noticed it was aggregating my trips from Gmail. So I started sending my work trips to Gmail to see how it handled them. This was without any app.

Then I downloaded the app.

The lack of manual input is a frustration but it learns. They're using us all as beta-testers it seems.

the pluses are that it's simple and logical, once it learns.
