Every time I hit complete reservation after entering in cc information it says error - systems are unavailable. This only happens for points reservations for this property. I called spg platinum line and they had same issue and said points reservations may not be able to be processed until hotel opens which seems strange.
I believe this has been resolved and you should be able to make a booking either online or by calling us. Let me know if you are still facing issues.
