There is no official and publicly available upgrade order list available for Finnair flights.

Some US airlines have a standby/upgrade list available but the overall business model is somewhat different with AY and many other European airlines. US airlines have a habit of filling their premium cabins with their own tier passengers, but AY flights will depart with an empty business class cabin and several oneworld emeralds seated in economy.

The internal upgrade list for AY is not public,afaik, but since AY is using Altea CM departure control system there are related business rules of passenger upgrades. AY internal and oneworld tier status is one factor together with booking class.

It is very hard to estimate your changes for an operational upgrade without knowledge of the exact booking figures, number and rank of AY's own tier passengers and booking classes but I would not count on it as niksal already mentiones above.
