The Gogo Ku product is not gate-to-gate yet AFAIK so that won't work. You'll need to get Gogo to sell you that pass in advance and I don't know that they have one readily available (i.e. they don't have that as an advance-purchase product). It might not be possible.

If you have a Twitter account I suggest reaching out to @Gogo and asking if it is possible to buy a pass in advance for the Delta Ku service and see what they say.
