VS won't show up if you are searching with FRA as the destination. If you search for SEA-LHR you will see several options, either the NS from SEA or connections through SFO, LAX, ATL, JFK.

I looked at a random week in early April and found several options for 140,000 skymiles, including ones on VS.

I will add that the website was a bit balky. Maybe it's overloaded with people trying to change flights to the Southeast coastal states.
