Should be fine. The main point of congestion at TPE is clearing immigration (for non-residents). Also, long-haul flights tend to arrive ahead of schedule (you can check historical performance somewhere like
www.flightstats.com), and even if you're late, you'll just be put on the next flight, which on this route are very frequent.
Next and last flight of the night would be 3:40 later which is why I was a little worried. Thanks for the info.
