Oh, and no free drink chit, bottled water in my room has prominent price tags on it(!), no welcome gift/snack, missed the lounge evening F+B by 30 mins due to meeting running late, breakfast starts from 0630 but I need to leave at 0600 to get back to ARN. Front desk didn't exactly seem that bothered by the naked-guy-in-"my"-room thing either. Maybe that's seen as an upgrade in Scandinavia?
Q: Any FTers complained about a mediocre stay here, and if so, to whom, by what channel, and what response if any did the hotel offer?
I don't know if you'll see this before leaving the property, but for what it is worth, I had 2 stays where I had to leave before breakfast started. In both cases they gave me a "breakfast bag" to go, which I appreciated. Might be worth asking for at the front desk.
