It opened a couple of months ago - see post #232 for detailed usage instruction.
Bag drop is as it has been in recent years - if bags are through checked then drop off, go out and now turn right and head to the new security.
If not through checked you may be able to check in and deposit your bags at the bag drop (there are counters), otherwise it's off to T4 landside ...
