Leaves UK @ 18:55 arrive 00:45am, leave Cairo 07:25 and home again by 11:30.
On the downside:

- BA155 reverts from a 787 to a 321 from 29 October 2016;
- such a CW itinerary is going to cost circa GBP2.5k (i.e. 10p+ per TP), and
- you'll be absolutely knackered by the time you arrive back at LHR.
