For international PE, the first meal is domestic J quality but drinks are same as Y. The second meal and snack are same as Y. Some differences are you can ask for drinks and snacks throughout the flight or simply find them in the galley. The snacks are pretzel, almonds if they haven't changed yet. Also I would consider the service is much more attentive in J.

As for the seat, narrow body J is slightly better IMO
